How We Ship
Most orders ship by FedEx. Due to FedEx regulations, oversize & overweight packages may be subject to additional shipping
surcharges. Small items may ship via US Postal but 99% of products, ship by FedEx. Some oversized or overweight items ship by Truck
Freight. Call or email if express shipping is desired (2nd day air or overnight)  Express shipping is not available on drop ship orders
unless manufacturers allows for drop shipping.  Aslo, some manufacturers charge a deop ship fee.  We often ship from multiple
locations throughout the US to give you better service so parts will occasionally arrive separately.

Methods of Payment
Payments can be made Through PayPay on your PayPal account or through MasterCard, Visa, American Express & Discover.  Shipments
outside the US must be paid in U.S. Dollars and cannot be shipped COD (Wire Transfers  are the easiest method of payment for Export
Orders). All Store Credits expire 24 months from date of issue.

Sales Tax
Orders shipped to any Texas address will be charged 8.125% Sales Tax, Unless you are a company and send proof of TAX ID before
order is placed.

Satisfaction Guaranteed
If you are not completely satisfied with one of our products you may return it any time within 30 days of the date of Sale for a
hassle-free refund of the amount paid for the product. If the product that you purchased was not an item that was in stock, the
purchaser will be responsible for any restocking fees to return product to the manufacturer.  If the product is installed or used in any
way, it is not able to be returned for a refund. Any damaged or missing components or manufacturer's documentation will prevent
refund.  Refunds do not include shipping costs. On exchange of defective products, Lone Star Car Parts will pay for shipping on the
outbound replacement product only, not the return shipping.  Special order or non-stocking items are specifically exempted from this
policy. These parts will be assessed any appropriate re-stocking charge that the manufacturer requires.  If you return a part it is
recommended that you insure the return. Any damage that happens during the return is the purchasers responsibility. Please note that
we do not pay the shipping charges involved in returning goods.

Damaged Shipments
All shipments should be inspected at the time of delivery. Obviously damaged packages should be refused. If your damaged shipment
was delivered by FedEx, please call 1-800-GO-FEDEX and report the damage. If your damaged shipment was delivered by Truck Freight,
please contact the freight carrier at the phone number on the carrier's bill. After contacting the carrier, please call Lone Star Car Parts at
866-761-0974 for further assistance with the damaged shipment, and to make arrangements for a replacement.

Warranties
All parts are covered only by the Manufacturer's Warranties and/or Guarantees. Lone Star Car Parts can assume no responsibility for use
or application by the user. Lone Star Car Parts is not liable for any labor, incidental, or any other associated costs related to installation
of products even if they are defective.  Lone Star Car Parts it is the purchasers responsibility to use the products in the way the
manufacturer intended.  Any alteration of any part voids any applicable warranties.  Lone Star Car Parts does not sell any OFF-ROAD
only parts with the intention of the purchaser to use on public roads.  

We have made every effort to ensure that information on our website is correct; however, any typographical or printing errors, Prices or
Specifications (subject to change) will be corrected without prior notice

Pricing
If any pricing errors occur on this website or the pricing does not match the appropriate part, Lone Star Car Parts will try to accomodate
your purchase within reason, otherwise a full refund will be given and online pricing will be corrected.  Lone Star Car Parts is not
responsible for any price are subject to change without notice.
Additional Shipping - Including International Orders

A seperate PayPal request will be sent by email for the additional
shipping on all non-48 states USA orders and international orders.
